Apex Professional University (APU) strongly believes in the fact that monetary constraints should not be an obstacle for a student to have access to quality education. So, the University extends Scholarships and Financial Aid for the students taking admission to APU.
SCHOLARSHIP SCHEMES
North East Scholarship
In recognition of the outstanding talent of our North East students, APU offers a range of scholarships designed to attract and reward the best students. You must submit your application online for Scholarship & Talent Reward Entrance Test (STaRT). Your scholarship eligibility will be accessed on a case-to-case basis and you will be intimated if you are selected.
Post Matric Scholarship
The Post Matric Scholarship scheme is a Centrally Sponsored scheme implemented by State Government and Union Territory Administrations. 100% Central assistance over and above the committed liability of the State Governments/UTs Admin from the Government of India. The State Government and UT admin to which the applicant belongs awards the scholarship.
Internship Program

Terms & Conditions
Students availing of scholarships must maintain attendance and Academic performance in every semester to continue receiving them further.
- Minimum 85% attendance and minimum 3.5 GPA Academic performance of a student shall be the sole criteria for continuation of the scholarship.
- All the Scholarships awarded will be for a specific year only and for subsequent years, they may continue/discontinue based on the performance of the student in the qualifying year and the Scholarship policy applicable from time to time.
- All Scholarships / Stipends / Financial Aids / Fee concessions are on the tuition fee only.
Scholarship for International Students
The Apex Professional University is offering scholarships to high-achieving students across the globe who study with us. This significant scholarship will be awarded to high-achieving undergraduate and postgraduate students, from selected countries, who apply for particular courses at the University. The final Global Excellence Award will be assessed by the International Admission Office of the University upon the submission of the academic transcript.
Chancellor Scholarship for Girl Child
Girls Scholarship Scheme is a great initiative by the Apex Foundation, Bangalore to empower girls and women through education. This scheme is aimed to recognize the efforts of the parents in promoting education among girls and encouraging them to be financially independent.
The quantum of open financial aid in this category will range between Rs.50,000 to 1,00,000. The exact amount of financial aid is dependent on the type of degree program and the school to which the student is admitted. A scholarship holder under this scheme will not hold any other scholarship/stipend.

Other Scholarship Schemes
With a view to facilitating access to higher education, APU is providing the following scholarships to encourage our dedicated soldiers in the Defence and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) and their dependents. The services that have been included are- Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, Indian Coast Guard, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Border Security Force (BSF), Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Railway Protection Force (RPF), National Security Guards (NSG), Special Frontier Force (SFF), Assam Rifles, Border Road Organization, General Reserve Engineer Force (GREF), Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO), Military Engineers Service (MES), Defence Security Corps (DSC), Ordnance Factory Board.
50% Tuition fee connection for Recipients of Gallantry awards- (ParamVir Chakra, Ashok Chakra, Mahavir Chakra, Kirti Chakra, Veer Chakra & Shaurya Chakra, President’s Tatrakshak Medal and Tatrakshak Medal, President’s Police medal for Gallantry, President’s Police Medal for Meritorious Service, President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service, President’s Police medal, disabled in action & boarded out)
30% tuition fee connection for Serving Officers (Other than above) nominated through study leave.
A scholarship holder under this scheme will not hold any other scholarship/stipend. If awarded any other scholarship/stipend, the student can exercise his/her option for either of the two scholarships/stipends, which is more beneficial to him/her and should inform the awarding authority through the Head of the Institution about the option made.
With a view to providing educational opportunities to students with disabilities, Apex Professional University has been implementing this Scholarship Scheme. A person with a disability having not less than 40% disability and having a disability issued by any competent medical authority.
A scholarship holder under this scheme will not hold any other scholarship/stipend. If awarded any other scholarship/stipend, the student can exercise his/her option for either of the two scholarships/stipends, which is more beneficial to him/her and should inform the awarding authority through the Head of the Institution about the option made.
The quantum of financial aid is determined by the Financial Aid Committee based on several criteria such as academic performance and need, and level of participation in university activities among others and is approximately Rs. 1,00,000 during the period of the degree program. The exact amount of financial aid is dependent on the type of degree program and the school to which the student is admitted. The scholarship Amount is less than Rs. 50,000/-, no Documents are required to be uploaded on the University portal.
Sports Financial Aid The University has several financial aid packages for students who have demonstrated commitment to sports or arts.
They should have represented in sports or arts competitions at the state, national or international levels.
They need to provide sufficient documentation of their past commitment and commit to participating as a member of the University team.
A scholarship holder under this scheme will not hold any other scholarship/stipend. If awarded any other scholarship/stipend, the student can exercise his/her option for either of the two scholarships/stipends, which is more beneficial to him/her and should inform the awarding authority through the Head of the Institution about the option made.
The quantum of financial aid is determined by the Financial Aid Committee based on several criteria such as academic performance, need, and level of participation in sports or arts among others and is approximately Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 1,00,000 during the period of the degree program.
Students who fall under this category of Financial Aid must take a leadership role in promoting sports or Arts at the University and commit to regular practices as a member of the University team. Sports financial aid is open to all students at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels of study.
The University also has a limited number of open financial aid packages that are available to students at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, who are not eligible for either merit-based scholarships or need-based financial aid.
The quantum of open financial aid in this category will range between Rs.50,000 to 1,00,000. The exact amount of financial aid is dependent on the type of degree program and the school to which the student is admitted.
